i found the hotel easily accessible from the train station, only a short walk for check-in and then a little further to the actual hotel. the location is close to both tourist shops and a supermarket. it offers easy access to the waterbus. i especially liked the amazing shower. air conditioning was very welcome too.

breakfast had a minimal selection and served the same food every day. there could have been more variety of fruits and breads. the hotel had a very small amount of cereal but no milk or bowls were available.

the ladies at the reception were very nice! the staff was really good. correspondence is mostly through whatsapp. this means you mostly see only the cleaning staff during your stay.

The shower had amazing water pressure. I felt so refreshed after each use. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool during the day.

The walls seemed thin, and I could occasionally hear noise from other rooms. It was a little distracting at times.

A lovely stay near everything

I found the team excellent and responsive. This hotel made my vacation a delight. The shared bathroom was always available and very clean and this made our life much easier. The location worked great for me. It was walkable to all main attractions.

I have to mention that the electrical socket in my room was dodgy. When I unplugged my charger, the socket came out of the wall, a little concerning. All the rest were great.

My room included daily fresh towels and air conditioning. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, especially during the warmer days. I was happy to see packets of shower gel, soap, and shampoo, ensuring I had all essential toiletries.

The cleaning staff maintains the place daily and this keeps it super clean. A shared fridge in the reception area exists and it allowed us to store some items. I found that to be really useful.

Great Location and Quiet Room

The location is perfect. The walk to the reception from the bus station took only ten minutes (very convenient). The walk to St Marco square from here took twenty minutes. The room interior was comfortable.

The staff was friendly. They were helpful with directions around the city. It was easy to find the hotel, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station. The staff also provided a map.
